Last updated: 6 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Saint Leisure Club ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit saintleisureclub.com or place an order with us. We act as the data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data we collect
- Order data: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, order details.
- Payment data: processed by our payment providers; we do not store card details.
- Account & communication data: emails you send us, newsletter preferences.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, via cookies and analytics.
2. Why we use it & legal basis
- To fulfil your order and provide customer service — performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To comply with tax, accounting and consumer law obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To send marketing emails where you've subscribed — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To prevent fraud, improve the Site and analyse traffic — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Who we share data with
We only share data with carefully selected processors who help us run our business:
- Shopify Inc. — e-commerce platform, order processing, hosting
- Payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal) — payment processing
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your order
- Email & analytics providers (e.g. Klaviyo, Google Analytics) — only with your consent where required
Some of these processors are located outside the EU/EEA. Where this is the case, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
4. How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice data for as long as required by tax and commercial law (typically 7–10 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (where no legal obligation to keep it applies)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, write to support@saintleisureclub.com.
