Terms of Service

This website, saintleisureclub.com (the "Site"), is operated by Saint Leisure Club ("we", "us", "our"). For our registered business details, please see our Imprint.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

All orders placed through the Site are an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation by email and dispatch your items.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and our supported payment providers; we do not store card details.

Delivery times, costs and customs information are set out on our Shipping page, which forms part of these Terms.

As an EU consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Our full returns process — including conditions, timing and how to start a return — is set out on our Returns page.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been personalised, sealed for health reasons and unsealed after delivery, or to gift cards.

We do our best to display colours, textures and details accurately, but cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly as they appear in person. Pieces are produced in small batches and slight natural variation is part of the craft, not a defect.

All content on the Site — including text, images, photography, logos, the SL monogram and the Saint Leisure Club name — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use any of it commercially without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which our business is registered (see our Imprint), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
