Returns

We want every piece to feel right. If it doesn't, send it back — no questions, no awkward emails.

The 14-day window

You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Once approved, you have another 7 days to send the parcel back to us.

Returns

Returns are at the customer's expense. We recommend a tracked service; we can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us.

Condition

Pieces must come back to us:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • With all original tags still attached
  • In their original tissue wrapping where possible

Pieces returned smelling of perfume, smoke, or sun cream may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it within 3 business days before issuing a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or we've sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@saintleisureclub.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We'll resolve it as quickly as possible with a replacement, refund, or exchange.

Final sale

Items marked Archive, Last Call, or purchased using a discount of 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@saintleisureclub.com with your order number.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
  3. Send your parcel back using a tracked shipping service.
  4. Once received, we'll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

    Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
